With more than 40 years of combined experience in the construction industry and construction law, Tom understands the business, operational, and legal pressures that contractors, developers, and design professionals face on every project.
Before practicing construction law, Tom spent decades working in commercial construction management, giving him firsthand insight into how projects are built, where risk develops, and how disputes impact schedules, payment, and long-term business relationships. That experience continues to shape his legal approach today—focused not only on resolving disputes, but also on helping clients avoid them in the first place.
Today, Tom represents contractors, subcontractors, owner-developers, and design professionals in a wide range of construction law matters.
