During his 25-year career in construction management, Tom led complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout, developing deep expertise in scheduling, cost control, contract administration, and risk management. Tom worked closely with contractors, developers, and design professionals to keep projects on track, resolve issues in real time, and protect both performance and profitability. This hands-on experience provides a practical, field-tested perspective on how construction projects actually operate—insight that continues to inform his approach to advising clients and resolving disputes today.

Both as a lawyer and AAA-certified construction neutral, Tom focuses exclusively on construction law, advising contractors, developers, and design professionals on contracts, risk management, and dispute resolution.
